The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated User Friendly Label Dispensing System with choice of Stepper or Servo Driven System. Machine with Highspeed Label Sensor with Remote Teach Facility and unique Product Sensor which does not require any Teaching or settings. The Machine is suitable for Labelling on Round Vials, Bottle, Jars and other round objects. It is available with speed range of 150 Products per minute as well as up to 300 Products per minute depending on product diameter and label size.

The System thus saves valuable time, avoiding machine-down time, and helps achieve higher production.Smart Vertically / Horizontally Adjustable Pressing Device of the machine makes the alignments for the Height and Diameter of Containers easy and convenient. It is also helpful to run the bottles having groove body surface or the small bottles having bigger cap diameter compare to body diameter.
Machine is suited for Glass, Plastic, Aluminium, PET bottles of Pharmaceuticals, Mineral Water, Food Products and Pesticides having bigger Label Height and Length. |
